Revive, Restore, Engage

Sabbatical Weekends

Coming Soon – Sabbatical Weekends are your opportunity to get away from the daily needs of your work & family and focus on spending time chasing after the promises God wants to remind you of.  It’s your chance to recharge, heal, share, and dream.  Unlike other retreats, this is not a teaching weekend, but rather an opportunity to connect with God and with others in an environment where nothing is expected of you beyond your presence.

Covid Closures & Restrictions have delayed the launch of our in person Sabbatical Weekends.

We can’t wait to connect with you in person, but we are working hard to provide safe alternative opportunities to refresh, recharge, and grow.

Coming Really Soon – Individual Sabbatical Weekends have always been in our plans, as we recognize the challenge of women in ministry in securing time away from both ministry & family.  The gathering restrictions of 2020 as well as the unique challenges that COVID caused ministries around the world, have prompted us to move this to the top of the priority list of new offerings.  Our team is working tirelessly to put together a retreat experience that you can walk through on your own, that provides all the same intentionality, care, comfort, and quality time with Jesus.

Coaching

Sometimes you just need someone in your corner.  Let us help you find someone who can work with you, cheer you on, and challenge you to rise to the next level.  Available resources include Counselors, Pastors, and women in business & ministry… just like you.

Sabbatical Care

Whether you are fortunate enough to have been offered a sabbatical thru your organization or you recognize your own need for time away, we can help you be intentional with your soul care during this season.  From Curriculum, to Coaching, to Prayer, contact us to see how we can partner with you during this time.

Transition Care

Transitioning into or out of full-time ministry can be a huge adjustment for you and your family.  Depending on the reason for transition it can be a time of great joy or sadness.  Even in the best of circumstances the uncertainty of the new environment, the relational transitions of friends and coworkers, the change of mission, vision, and focus can flood us with insecurities and doubts.   The Finding Zarephath team would love to come along side you and help navigate this season with encouragement, prayer, celebration, and a specific focus on your identity, gifting & passion to help you navigate your new environment and team.

Peer/Mentor Relationships

An essential part of encouraging and caring for each others is connecting us to people who can share our journey with us.  The very best way to connect with people who could be future peers/mentors is by attending one of our Sabbatical Weekends, where we can get to know you better and help connect you to other who have been or are currently in your season & ministry area.
